Who is Charlie Nicholas tipping in the next batch of Europa League fixtures?

Four British teams are in action, with Arsenal travelling to Sporting Libson and Chelsea hosting BATE Borisov. Steven Gerrard's Rangers are at home to Spartak Moscow while Celtic visit RB Leipzig.

Former Arsenal and Celtic striker Charlie Nicholas gives his predictions for all four fixtures…

RB Leipzig vs Celtic

I worry for Celtic here. I do not really fancy our chances as the German side have proven to be really strong at home and we all know Celtic can struggle away from home in Europe.

CHARLIE PREDICTS: 2-1 (6/1 with Sky Bet)

Sporting Lisbon vs Arsenal

It is a tough one but Arsenal have such a big squad now that I expect [Unai Emery] to make changes and a point will be enough as I would expect them to beat Sporting at home. This Arsenal team always look like scoring goals.

CHARLIE PREDICTS: 2-2 (16/1 with Sky Bet)

Chelsea vs BATE Borisov

It is always an awkward one when taking on these type of teams but Chelsea are far too strong and they'll have enough to get through this one regardless of what team [Maurizio Sarri] puts out. Sarri can afford to make as many changes as he likes - such is the size of his squad there - and there are no excuses for not getting the win.

CHARLIE PREDICTS: 2-1 (6/1 with Sky Bet)

Rangers vs Spartak Moscow

It's a good tie for Rangers this - with a decent name coming to Ibrox - and the Russians are in a bit of trouble as they have sacked their manager Massimo Carrera after a poor start to the season. It's definitely a game Gerrard's side should be able to win.

CHARLIE PREDICTS: 2-1 (9/1 with Sky Bet)
