Everton are in talks to sign goalkeeper Jonas Lossl, whose Huddersfield contract expires this summer.
The 30-year-old was one of five senior players who were told their contracts would not be renewed following the Terriers' relegation.
Lossl is now set to move to Everton, where he would provide back-up for established No 1 Jordan Pickford.
Maarten Stekelenburg, the veteran Dutch 'keeper, is likely to leave Goodison Park this summer.
Lossl joined Huddersfield from German club Mainz in 2017, initially on loan, before making the deal permanent in 2018.
He made 72 appearances for the club, recording 15 clean sheets.
