West Ham have rejected a £7m bid from Valencia for Javier Hernandez, according to Sky sources.

Sky Sports News reported earlier this month that Hernandez is eager to leave the Hammers because of his lack of game-time, and that Valencia are interested in bringing him to La Liga.

On Saturday, Valencia manager Marcelino also stated how Hernandez was keen to join the team, but admitted the situation was "complicated".

The Mexican striker joined West Ham for £16m at the start of last season, but has failed to find his best goal-scoring form at the London Stadium, managing just 14 goals in all competitions since his arrival.
