West Brom have signed Argentine midfielder Matias Almeyda.
West Brom boss Bryan Robson has made Matias Almeyda his first signing since taking charge at The Hawthorns.Skysports.com revealed earlier this month that West Brom had lined up a move for the Argentine international.
Almeyda arrives at West Brom on a free transfer after an ill-fated short spell with Brescia.
The former Lazio man joined Brescia in the summer, but had his contract cancelled by mutual consent after a falling out with the club.
Robson is keen to reshape the West Brom squad and Almeyda could be the first of many new signings during the January transfer window.
