Goalkeeper Jonny Maxted was the hero as 10-man non-leaguers Guiseley secured an FA Cup second-round trip to Mansfield after beating Accrington Stanley 4-3 on penalties.
Maxted saved two spot-kicks as the replay finished 1-1 after extra-time as the National League side reached the second round for the first time in their history.
Cameroon striker Mike Fondop scored the winning penalty while Billy Kee and Scott Brown had their efforts saved for Stanley.
The National League side were reduced to 10 when Chris M'Boungou was sent off for two bookings in the space of five minutes on the stroke of half-time.
John Coleman's men made the breakthrough after 47 minutes when Sean McConville got on the end of Callum Johnson's ball to head home but Guiseley levelled when John Rooney scored from the spot.
Woking embarrassed Bury by winning 3-0 at the League One side to progress.
The National League outfit stunned the hosts with a 30th-minute opener by Regan Charles-Cook and the Shakers had no answer as Inih Effiong and substitute Jamie Philpot pounced late on to seal the upset.
Hakeeb Adelakun's strike proved enough to send Scunthorpe through after a 1-0 win over Northampton.
