Port Vale's suspended captain Tommy Fraser will miss the visit of Torquay, who are waiting on fitness of skipper Chris Hargreaves.
Midfielder Fraser, who was returning from a one-match ban, was shown a straight red in Saturday's goalless draw at Barnet and now misses games against the Gulls, Huddersfield and Lincoln.

United welcomed back fit-again central midfielder Nicky Wroe against the Millers, who missed the draw at Shrewsbury, and he will continue in the centre of the park.
Tyrone Thompson, who took Wroe's place the week before, stayed in central midfield in Hargreaves' absence and will play again should the skipper not make it.
