Millers to make changes as duo push for Daggers recall

Rotherham United boss Ronnie Moore is expected to make changes against a Dagenham & Redbridge side which has two players pushing for recalls. Moore was 'embarrassed' by a second consecutive defeat against Darlington on Saturday as Steve Staunton's rock-bottom side completed a league double over the Millers. That could prompt the former Tranmere boss to recall the likes of Gary Roberts, Kevin Ellison and Marc Joseph in a bid to get the Millers' promotion push back on track. Goalkeeper Andy Warrington picked up a knock to his leg at the weekend after making a brave save late on, but he will be fit to start. Experienced duo Andy Liddell and Paul Warne are still unavailable due to Achilles and foot injuries respectively.

    Dagenham news

Dagenham manager John Still will decide whether to recall Danny Green and Josh Scott to his starting XI for the trip to Rotherham. Winger Green and striker Scott are regular starters but were both dropped to the bench for Saturday's 1-0 defeat at home to Northampton as Still looked for a first win in three. They both came off the bench in the second half, however, and may return from kick-off against the Millers. Damien McCrory and Phil Walsh made their debuts against the Cobblers - the latter from the bench - and will hope to be involved again as Still's men look for their first-ever league win over Rotherham. Midfielder Stuart Thurgood remains a long-term absentee as he continues his recovery from a knee operation, while defender Will Antwi is out with an ankle injury.
