WATCH: SCOTLAND 1-3 PORTUGAL
We are going to wrap things up for now, but you can follow tonight's Nations League action here - or watch on Sky Sports Football.
Scotland might have an eye on it as their group rivals Albania and Israel are playing each other.
Bye for now.
WATCH: NAISMITH'S CONSOLATION
Naismith scored with the final kick of the match...
WATCH: BRUMA ADDS THIRD
Here's a look at Portugal's third goal...
SCOTLAND 1-3 PORTUGAL
That's the last kick of the match. Scotland have something to show for their efforts but they were outclassed by Portugal, particularly in the second half.
Stay tuned for highlights.
GOAL! SCOTLAND 1-3 PORTUGAL (Naismith 90+3)
A consolation effort for Scotland.
Shinnie drives forward and passes to Mackay-Steven, who plays a clever backheel on for Naismith. He just has the goalkeeper to beat and finishes into the far corner with a curling shot.
SCOTLAND 0-3 PORTUGAL
90: A couple of late changes for Portugal as Danilo and Bruma make way for Rafa Silva and Carvalho.
Three minutes added on.
89: As it has done in the last 20 minutes or so, this still looks very comfortable for Portugal. In fact they haven't really been troubled in the second half.
86: Portugal change goalkeepers as Neto is replaced by Ramos.
GOAL! SCOTLAND 0-3 PORTUGAL (Bruma 84)
A third for Portugal as Fernandes threads a pass through for Bruma. He cuts inside Shinnie and then fires into the far corner.
WATCH: EDER HEADS HOME
Here's how Portugal scored their second...
SCOTLAND 0-2 PORTUGAL
80: Doesn't look like there is going to be a comeback from Scotland. They have had a few moments but haven't taken their chances.
Alex McLeish will be hoping they can be more clinical when they face Albania and Israel in the Nations League next month.
77: And Scotland make another switch as Armstrong, who looks to have suffered an injury, is replaced by McDonald.
Armstrong heads straight down the tunnel after walking off the pitch.
76: Change for Scotland as Mackay-Steven wins his second cap, replacing McBurnie.
GOAL! SCOTLAND 0-2 PORTUGAL (Eder 74)
Portugal double their advantage. The goal owes plenty to the delivery from Sanches from the free-kick, curled into the box for Eder to meet and plant a header beyond Gordon from around 12 yards out.
SCOTLAND 0-1 PORTUGAL
73: Looks like Mackay-Steven is going to be coming on for Scotland.
He's likely to replace McBurnie, who has worked hard and done plenty of chasing without much good service at all.
70: Play stops as Neto gets treatment for a head injury. He looks to be fine but now has a bandage wrapped around his head.
68: Costa breaks down the right side and drives into the box but he can't get past McKenna, who sticks with him and manages to prevent him getting off a clean shot.
67: Changes for both sides.
Shinnie replaces McGinn for Scotland and Gedson Fernandes replaces Bruno Fernandes for Portugal.
66: OFFSIDE! Sanches picks up inside his own half and chips over the top for Fernandes. The assistant keeps his flag down for an age before eventually raising it for offside when Gordon denies Fernandes.
Replays show it was the wrong call as Fernandes was onside.
65: That header from McKenna aside, Scotland have hardly threatened in the second half. Portugal are taking the sting out of the game with sustained spells of possession.
WATCH: MCKENNA HEADS WIDE
Are Scotland going to rue this missed chance? McKenna really should have at least hit the target...
62: Costa looks to make something happen for Portugal as he drives upfield and then passes out to Rodrigues. Costa looks for the return pass in the box but it is overhit.
59: Can Scotland step it up a gear? The game is a bit flat at the moment.
56: Double change for Portugal as Sanches and Mendes replace Oliveira and Dias.
55: Rodrigues has a shot from nearly 30 yards out and skies it way over the bar.
53: McGregor looks to turn Oliveira in the box but the defender sticks close and slides to turn the ball behind.
MISS! McGinn delivers the corner and McKenna dives and plants a header wide from around eight yards out. He was wide open and should have scored.
50: SHOT! McGregor takes aim inside the box and drags across goal and wide.
49: Portugal break and Danilo clips in a cross which is just over the head of Costa, who was wide open in the middle of the box.
47: McBurnie does well to hold the ball up in midfield and keep Scotland in possession. It's passed down the left side where the hosts win a throw.
No changes at the break. Portugal get the game back underway...
WATCH: COSTA STRIKES
Here's how Portugal took the lead just before half-time...
Former Scotland captain Darren Fletcher on Sky Sports: "I was just about to say that the game was there for the taking. Portugal are treating it like a friendly and Scotland looked slightly the better team, but now they have an uphill challenge.
"It's been a positive performance from Scotland and it is still there for them."
Scotland had their moments in the first half but didn't seriously threaten as they lacked a cutting edge in the final third. Portugal grew into the game and created a few chances before Costa struck.
45: No time added on and that is half-time...
GOAL! SCOTLAND 0-1 PORTUGAL (Costa 43)
It's a debut goal for Costa.
Portugal attack down the left side and Bruma plays on for Rodrigues. He puts a low cross into the middle where Costa manages to sneak ahead of Robertson and poke into the net from around eight yards out.
SCOTLAND 0-0 PORTUGAL
41: SAVE! Eder has his back to goal in the box but is allowed to turn and get off a shot which Gordon pushes clear.
McKenna should have been tighter to Eder and not let him shoot.
39: CHANCE! Costa manages to get past Robertson down the right side and pulls across the box for Bruma. He gets to the ball ahead of Hendry but can only fire wide.
37: CLOSE! Forrest takes on Rodrigues, beats him and then chips in a cross which Naismith stoops to meet and heads across goal and just wide.
35: McBurnie is putting in the miles up front as he is chasing everything down. He hasn't had much service though.
32: Excellent build-up play from Scotland as they work it around patiently before playing down the left side for Robertson. He puts in a cross towards Naismith at the back post, but he can't trouble Beto with his header.
30: Oliveira is the first player booked as he stops a Scotland break by pulling back Robertson.
27: CHANCE! Best opening of the match for Portugal.
Hendry can only head back into the box as he tries to clear a cross and the ball falls down for Bruma. He controls and then fires wide from around the penalty spot when he probably should have scored.
25: CLOSE! Bruma makes a good run into the box and maybe should do better as he manages to get a touch on a through ball but doesn't get enough contact to trouble Gordon.
23: Portugal get the ball down the left side and curl in a cross towards Eder, but he can't direct his header on target under close attention from McKenna.
20: McKenna wins a header in the box but can't find a team-mate with his knockdown and it goes through to the goalkeeper.
Still Scotland look the more likely side to break the deadlock.
18: It's quite even in terms of possession - Scotland are actually shading it with 52 per cent - and Alex McLeish will probably be quite satisfied with the start. The hosts have looked positive and more of the play has been in the Portugal half.
15: SHOT! The ball comes out to Armstrong around 20 yards out and he fires a first-time shot wide.
14: Can Scotland make anything happen from a free-kick inside the Portugal half?
SAVE! It's played down the right channel for Forrest, who puts a low cross into the middle. The ball deflects up and Oliveira heads towards his own goal and forces a sharp reaction save from Beto.
11: Not a great free-kick as it is hit straight into the middle of the wall.
