Team news ahead of Saturday's League One clash between Sheffield Wednesday and Carlisle at Hillsborough.

Ryan Lowe and Keith Treacy will both return to contention. Striker Lowe missed last weekend's draw at Colchester due to a groin injury, while winger Treacy was sidelined through illness. The 18-year-old made his debut as an 81st-minute substitute in last week's home defeat to Charlton and appeared for the final two minutes at Stevenage. Experienced midfielder Paul Thirlwell is pushing for a place in Abbott's side after returning to the bench on Tuesday night. He has missed the last 11 matches due to a calf injury. Right-back Frank Simek will be lining up against his former club, but left-backs Chris Chantler (hamstring) and Matty Robson (back) remain sidelined.
