Ricky van Wolfswinkel scored his third goal in four Eredivisie games since rejoining Vitesse Arnhem but it was not enough for victory as Utrecht came from behind to earn a 1-1 draw.

The striker had fruitful spells with both Vitesse and Utrecht before trying his luck outside Holland, first at Sporting Lisbon and later with Norwich, St Etienne and Real Betis.

Back at Vitesse after a permanent summer move from Norwich, the 27-year-old continued his bright early form by giving Vitesse a 28th-minute lead, clipping in from close range after Milot Rashica's low right-wing cross.

However Utrecht hit back after the break, levelling in the 68th minute with a header from Sebastien Haller.
