    McCarthy looking for home comforts

Wolves will be looking to climb out of the bottom three when they play host to Everton, live on Sky Sports HD2. Mick McCarthy's men will be desperate to bounce back from their 4-1 defeat to Newcastle as they aim to get their survival bid back on track. Everton have suffered just two defeats in their last 11 Premier League outings and they have catching local rivals Liverpool in their sights.

    Team news

Wolves will again have to make do without star striker Kevin Doyle as he recovers from the knee ligament injury he picked up on international duty with Republic of Ireland. In Doyle's absence McCarthy could pair Steven Fletcher in attack alongside Sylvain Ebanks-Blake after the Scot impressed off the bench at Newcastle. Ronald Zubar, Steven Mouyokolo, Michael Mancienne and David Edwards all remain sidelined for Wolves. Stephen Hunt has suffered a setback in training as he recovers from his hernia operation, but Adlene Guedioura could be back in the squad after six months out of action. Everton are still missing a number of key performers for the trip to the Black Country. Mikel Arteta (hamstring), Marouane Fellaini (ankle) and Louis Saha (ankle) are all long-term casualties for the Toffees. Everton boss David Moyes is sweating over the fitness of Tim Cahill and Jack Rodwell after they missed last weekend's draw with Aston Villa through injury. Seamus Coleman will undergo a late fitness test after picking up an ankle injury against Villa.
