AFC Wimbledon vs Wycombe preview

AFC Wimbledon host Wycombe on Saturday looking to move out of the Sky Bet League One relegation zone.

After drawing their last four games, Wally Downes' Dons sit a point from safety with two fixtures remaining. Deji Oshilaja (foot) is working his way back into contention while Kwesi Appiah (hamstring) is also building up fitness. Downes could stick with the team that earned a point at league leaders Luton last time out.

Wycombe beat Walsall on Monday but they are still not mathematically safe as they travel to Kingsmeadow four points clear of their hosts. The 1-0 victory was just a second win from the Chairboys' last 15 outings, with manager Gareth Ainsworth naming the same starting XI for the fourth game in succession.

He is likely to make that five out of five in south London and recently spoke of the importance of a settled side. The likes of Paris Cowan-Hall and experienced forward Nathan Tyson will be those hoping to force their way off the bench and into the side if Ainsworth does opt to shuffle his pack.
