Nathan Delfouneso struck four minutes into added time as Blackpool claimed derby honours with a 2-1 win over Fleetwood.
Ched Evans headed a 37th minute equaliser to cancel out Jay Spearing's penalty for Blackpool six minutes earlier.
Town played the last 18 minutes with ten men after Nathan Sherron was given his marching orders for a foul on Matty Virtue and it proved costly when Delfouneso rifled home with virtually the last kick to wrap up the win.
The visitors started the better with Wes Burns and Evans going close inside the first five minutes.
But they fell behind when Spearing scored from 12 yards after Nya Kirby was tripped by James Husband.
Evans headed home at the back post to level before Christoffer Mafoumbi pulled off a superb save to keep out Fleetwood's Paddy Madden on 51 minutes.
Chris Long had a goal ruled out for offside before Sherron saw red for going over the ball on 72 minutes, with Fleetwood unable to cling on as Delfouneso fired home at the death.
