Bristol Rovers captain Tom Lockyer could return to contention for the Sky Bet League One meeting with Walsall.
The defender missed the midweek draw at Rochdale after complaining of blurred vision following a head knock in last Saturday's game at Bradford. Rovers manager Darrell Clarke appears to have no fresh selection issues.
Forwards Alex Jakubiak and Gavin Reilly are among those pushing for starting places following two successive goalless draws.
Walsall midfielder Isaiah Osbourne will be absent after being knocked unconscious in midweek. Osbourne required medical treatment and was carried off on a stretcher, having been hit in the face by the ball during the goalless draw with Shrewsbury.
Saddlers captain Adam Chambers remains sidelined with a broken foot, while the game may come too early for midfielder Joe Edwards as he builds his fitness following a serious knee problem. Kory Roberts is still out after suffering a broken leg in pre-season.
Bristol Rovers have won just one of their last eight league matches against Walsall (D4 L3).
Walsall have lost just one of their last 10 away matches against Bristol Rovers in all competitions (W5 D4) however, that defeat did come the last time the two sides met in September 2017.
Bristol Rovers have kept four clean sheets in their last six games in all competitions - their previous four clean sheets came across a period of 33 games.
All 13 of the league goals scored by Walsall players this season have been scored by Englishmen.
Bristol Rovers are looking to win consecutive home league matches for the first time since January.
