Alfie Beestin may return for Doncaster after a hamstring injury.
He missed the 2-2 draw at Oxford with a minor complaint but could be available for the season-finale against Coventry.
Ben Whiteman started for just the second time in eight games last week after recovering from an ankle injury and is back. Victory would guarantee Doncaster a play-off spot in Sky Bet League One. Defender Joe Wright (ankle) remains sidelined.
Jordan Willis is available for the Sky Blues after returning from a knee injury. The defender played the final 18 minutes of last weekend's 1-1 draw at home to Shrewsbury.
Tom Bayliss (broken wrist) is out until next season while David Meyler (dislocated shoulder) remains sidelined. Forward Jodi Jones has been out since he suffered a second serious knee injury in December.
Coventry haven't completed a league double over Doncaster since the 2012-13 season, the only occasion they've achieved such a feat.
Coventry have only won once in their 12 visits to Doncaster in the league (D5 L6), losing 2-0 on their last two trips.
Doncaster are winless in their last three games (D1 L2), this after winning four consecutive games beforehand.
Coventry's last four league away games have seen 19 goals and both teams score, as many goals as in their previous nine on the road.
Doncaster striker John Marquis has only found the net twice in his last 12 League One appearance, this after nine goals in his 12 games beforehand.
Doncaster would have been keenly watching events at Fratton Park on Tuesday night, desperately hoping that Portsmouth would do the job for them by beating Peterborough and securing their sixth spot for them.
The Posh got a massive win, though, and will now be feeling great ahead of their clash with Burton on Saturday. They know they need to win to have any chance because of their inferior goal difference.
That will put the pressure on Doncaster, who face a Coventry side who will be no pushovers themselves. This one could swing this way and that a few times on Saturday, but I'll back Rovers to get over the line.
David Prutton predicts: Doncaster to finish sixth in League One (1/4 with Sky Bet)
