Neal Maupay penalty puts Brentford in front but Pontus Jansson header shares the spoils at Elland Road

Pontus Jansson's late header earned a point for Leeds as they drew 1-1 with Brentford in the Sky Bet Championship on Saturday.
Leeds, who began the afternoon top of the table, fell behind to Neal Maupay's controversial penalty shortly after the hour mark, but battled back to earn a late point, before Luke Ayling was dismissed late on.
Brentford appeared to be heading for their first away win of the season before Jansson's equaliser, meaning they've now drawn six games in 12 already.
Victories for Sheffield United and West Brom later in the day, meanwhile, mean Leeds drop to third.
A high intensity first half was edged by Brentford, who came closest to opening the scoring after 29 minutes. Watkins cut into the box and had a shot which took a big deflection before hitting the bar and bouncing to Maupay, who saw his effort from close range saved by Bailey Peacock-Farrell.
Leeds hit the woodwork themselves shortly after half-time as Luke Daniels tipped Kalvin Phillips' effort from close range onto the post, but it was eventually Brentford who took the lead after 62 minutes.
Watkins was the man who won the penalty, as he appeared to be taken out by Peacock-Farrell, but there was an element of controversy as it appeared the Brentford forward was already going down before any contact between himself and the goalkeeper. Maupay, however, showed no mercy as he sent the goalkeeper the wrong way for his 10th goal of the season.
Leeds battled back and eventually levelled after 88 minutes from the simplest of free-kicks. Ezgjan Alioski whipped a free-kick in from the left and Jansson arrived at the far post to power a header past Daniels.
The home side could also have won late on as substitute Lewis Baker headed just past the post, before Ayling was shown a second yellow card in stoppage time for a foul on Alan Judge.
In a game of high intensity Mokotjo was the standout man for Brentford as he gave Leeds an incredibly difficult afternoon in the middle of the park, not allowing the home side to get into their usual rhythm at any point.
Both sides have two weeks off during the international break but will be back in Championship action on Saturday, October 20, when Leeds head to Blackburn for a 12pm kick-off and Brentford host Bristol City at 3pm.
