AC Milan's Gianluigi Donnarumma had a night to forget in the Coppa Italia final

AC Milan's teenage goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma had a game to forget as he gifted Juventus two goals in the Coppa Italia final.

In the space of three minutes, the 19-year-old was at fault for the second and third Juventus goals as Massimiliano Allegri's side surged into an unassailable lead, eventually running out 4-0 winners.

It was Juventus' fourth Coppa Italia triumph in as many years and while they won it comfortably in the end, it may have been much closer without Donnarumma's mishaps.

He could do nothing about the first as Mehdi Benatia headed home from eight yards out but five minutes later he allowed Douglas Costa's low shot to bounce off his chest and squirm into the corner of the net.

Three minutes later and Donnarumma made an even more glaring error, dropping what seemed to be the simplest of catches from Mario Mandzukic's looping header to allow Benatia to thump the ball in from point-blank range.

Juventus added a fourth thanks to an own goal from Nikola Kalinic on a thoroughly miserable night for Donnarumma and Milan.
