After a weekend full of cup finals and emotional goodbyes, the transfer window is fast approaching. Our friends at Football Whispers have rounded up all the latest transfer rumours from across the continent.
Former Liverpool target Lucas Digne could be set to leave Barcelona this summer. He has had to play second fiddle to Jordi Alba this season, starting just 14 games. It is believed that Lyon are interested in the France international. With Maciej Rybus reportedly due to join CSKA Moscow, Lyon would have a need for a left-back. (Sport)
Manchester United are hoping that Gareth Bale doesn't make Real Madrid's starting line-up for the Champions League final. The belief is, if the Welshman doesn't make the XI, they will have a better chance of sealing his transfer this summer. (Mundo Deportivo)
Manchester City forward Nolito, who only joined the club last summer, wants to leave the Etihad after just one season. He doesn't care how it happens, be it for free, transfer "or whatever", he just wants to join a new club. (Sport)
Although Barcelona lifted the Copa del Rey, beating Alaves 3-1 on Saturday, Real Madrid were quite happy with the outcome, due to the performances of Theo Hernandez and Marcos Llorente. The latter will return to the Bernabeu after his loan deal, with Manchester City transfer target Hernandez set to confirm his move from Atletico to Real in the coming weeks. The 19-year-old scored his club's only goal of the game, a stunning left-footed strike. (AS)
Francesco Totti said goodbye to his playing career on Sunday, taking to the pitch for Roma for the very last time. "I am afraid and I need your help. I'm not ready to say it's over," tearfully he told fans after the 3-2 win over Genoa.
"Over the last few days, so much has been said about me, such wonderful things. You were behind me, pushing me on during difficult moments, and that's why I want to say thank you to everyone.
"I cried on my own, like crazy! You can't just forget 25 years like this. I thank everyone, even if this is not easy for me. I spoke to my wife about what these years have been like. (Gazzetta dello Sport)

Monaco coach Leonardo Jardim has spoke about his and the club's future next season. Asked if this would be his last interview as Monaco boss, he said this was a question for a little later. He admitted that other players may leave - Bernard Mendy, Fabinho and Kylian Mbappe all linked with Manchester City - but others may arrive and the objective is to remain a competitive team. (L'Equipe)
Marco Verratti has admitted he thinks he will be at Paris Saint-Germain next season, but says he will talk to the club. The Chelsea transfer target still has four years left on his contract, saying: "I don't think about leaving, I'm fine, I'm at a big club." It is believed he has told president Nasser Al-Khelaifi that he expects the club to match his ambition in the transfer market this summer. (Le10Sport)
Manchester United target Blaise Matuidi has revealed that Saturday's Coupe de France victory over Angers could be the final time he pulls on the PSG jersey. "Maybe is my last game with Paris." Once Alexandre Lacazette leaves Lyon, the French club will need a replacement and it is believed that former Manchester United forward Javier Hernandez is on Lyon's wishlist. The Ligue 1 side have apparently offered Leverkusen €12m for the Mexican striker. (Bild)
Long-time Liverpool transfer target Marco Reus won't be moving anywhere fast. The German forward has suffered a partial tear of his cruciate knee ligament playing in the DFL Pokal Cup for Borussia Dortmund. There is no official word on the injury and how long he'll be out. (Bild)
