Sky's Ocean Rescue campaign arrived in Suffolk to educate and inspire the next generation, with the help of Ipswich Town.
The initiative aims to shine a spotlight on the issues affecting ocean health, find innovative solutions to the problem of ocean plastics, and inspire people to make small everyday changes that collectively make a huge difference.
Pupils at the Grange School in Felixstowe took part in a beach clean-up to collect plastics and litter from the Suffolk coast, along with Ipswich players, as well as learn about marine rescue and conservation.
Sanjay Mitra, the Marine Conservation Society's corporate partnerships manager, said: "Today is really important to get kids out to the beach and learn about marine conservation and ocean plastics.
"They get really excited about finding litter and picking it up, and the survey that we do with them helps them think about that. They can grow up to continue respecting and looking after the environment."
