Spain

Real Madrid could be prepared to let Gareth Bale leave the club this summer, and may use the 29-year-old as a bargaining chip to sign either Chelsea's Eden Hazard or Tottenham's Christian Eriksen. Bale has a contract until 2022 but is now seen as expendable. (Marca)

Barcelona have re-opened contract talks with Adrien Rabiot, after having previously cooled their interest. Rabiot is reportedly keen to move to the La Liga leaders when he leaves Paris Saint-Germain on a free in the summer. (Sport)

Celta Vigo's Maxi Gomez has emerged as a Barcelona transfer target for the summer. The 22-year-old has nine goals and five assists in La Liga this term and is viewed as an ideal successor to Luis Suarez. (Mundo Deportivo)

Italy

Ivan Rakitic is being offered a three-year deal worth £5.7m a year to join Inter Milan, or around £110,000 a week. (Gazzetta dello Sport)

Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici met with the agent of Roma starlet Nicolo Zaniolo in Madrid on Wednesday. Juve are understood to be interested in the 19-year-old forward, who scored both of Roma's goals in their recent Champions League tie against Porto. The midfielder would cost around £43.5m and is also a Real Madrid and Chelsea transfer target. (Tuttosport)

Kylian Mbappe has asked the French football league (LFP) to award him Paris Saint-Germain's fourth goal in their 5-1 win over Montpellier on Wednesday. The strike had been awarded as an own goal and Mbappe tweeted to the LFP after the game with his request. (Twitter/L'Equipe)

Germany

Borussia Dortmund are looking to buy local in the future. Marco Reus is the only German in the starting XI and the club would like to build a more homegrown core to the squad. (Sport Bild)

Portugal

Chelsea are one of the teams interested in Sporting midfielder Bruno Fernandes. The 24-year-old has been linked with a number of other top European sides, including Liverpool and Atletico Madrid. (O Jogo)
