Hull have signed Australia international Jackson Irvine from Burton Albion for an undisclosed fee.

The 24-year-old midfielder has penned a three-year deal at the KCOM Stadium with the option to extend by a further 12 months.

Irvine spent five years in Scottish football with Ross County before moving to Burton last year, where he scored 11 goals in 49 appearances - including one against Hull earlier this season.

"I couldn't be happier and I'm just excited to be starting the next chapter of my career," Irvine told Hull's official website.
