Brentford have made a second bid in the region of £1.5m for Coventry midfielder Ben Stevenson, according to Sky sources.

The Coventry board are currently considering the offer.

Sky Sports News HQ reported last week that the Sky Blues had rejected the Bees' first offer for the youngster.

Coventry are close to signing Marcus Browne on loan from West Ham for the rest of the season, according to Sky sources.

Browne, 19, impressed for the Hammers Under-23s in their Checkatrade Trophy clash against Coventry earlier this season.
