Sky Sports News take a closer look at Rangers midfielder Scott Arfield ahead of this Sunday’s Old Firm clash against Celtic at Ibrox.
The 30-year-old joined the Gers from Burnley on a free transfer last summer and has enjoyed a fine season in the Scottish Premiership.
Arfield has produced in front of goal for his boyhood club, netting 10 times in 27 league appearances, making him the third highest scoring midfielder in the SPFL.
Arguably his finest moment of the season came in the 3-0 away victory at Motherwell in April where he got his first career hat-trick.
As well as proving himself as a goalscoring midfielder, Arfield has chipped in with six assists - the third highest in the SPFL for a midfielder.
Arfield has three years remaining on his current contract at Rangers, but his fine form has recently seen him rewarded with the player of the month award for April and linked with a return to the Premier League ahead of the summer.
