Inter midfielder planning to move on, but not in January

Patrick Vieira has revealed that he will only leave Inter Milan in the summer and not in January, as was initially expected. The Frenchman has made no secret of the fact that he is unhappy at his lack of playing time at the San Siro this season. The former Arsenal captain recently admitted that he would have to leave the Serie A champions if opportunities continued to be hard to come by for the sake of his World Cup hopes with France in the summer. It was presumed that the midfielder, who has been linked with a return to Arsenal and Tottenham most recently, would depart in January but Vieira insists he will honour his contract at Inter. The only thing left for Vieira, who has made just three league starts this term, to decide is whether he will return to his homeland or the Premier League. "I want to play more, but I also want to respect my deal. So in January nothing will happen," he told Tuttosport. "I'll leave Inter in June, but I have not decided yet, should I be playing in the Premier League or in Ligue 1."
