Spain

Philippe Coutinho's agents, Kia Joorabchian and Giuliano Bertolucci, will meet members of the Barcelona hierarchy to discuss his future at the Nou Camp. Chelsea and Manchester United have been linked with the Brazilian, who is weighing up his future in Spain. (Sport)

Barcelona are prepared to sell Samuel Umtiti to Juventus this summer in order to land Ajax captain Matthijs de Ligt. The La Liga leaders faced competition from Juve for the Dutch star but will sacrifice their World Cup winner to secure the teenager's signing. (AS)

Juventus will meet with representatives of Benfica star Joao Felix this week to discuss a deal for the 19-year-old, who has a £100m buyout clause. The Portugal international is supposedly keen to link up with Cristiano Ronaldo in Turin. (AS)

Manchester United have told Mino Raiola, the agent of Paul Pogba, that Real Madrid will have to pay £130m to sign the midfielder this summer. (Marca)

Italy

Inter Milan will look to sell Mauro Icardi this summer to help finance a squad overhaul. The Argentine could command a fee of around £60m and the Serie A side have drawn up a list of targets which includes Luka Modric, Ivan Rakitic, Ilkay Gundogan and Edin Dzeko. (Gazzetta dello Sport)

Mino Raiola will travel to Turin this week to discuss a new contract for Moise Kean, who has struck six goals in his last six Serie A games. Raiola will also discuss the futures of his other clients, de Ligt and Pogba. (Tuttosport)

Germany

Borussia Dortmund will have to make a substantial offer this summer to land Wolfsburg full-back Jerome Roussillon. Dortmund are on the hunt for a left-back when the season comes to an end. (Kicker)

Portugal

Sporting midfielder Bruno Fernandes is a Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United transfer target. The Portugal international has struck 28 goals in all competitions this season, breaking a record set by Frank Lampard in the process. (A Bola)
