With the end of the season rapidly approaching, many clubs across Europe will be turning their attention to the summer and planning for the 2019/20 campaign.

So, with that in mind, we asked our friends at Football Whispers to round up all the latest news, views and gossip from across the continent.

Italy

Juventus will launch moves for six players this summer. Top of their shortlist is Benfica starlet Joao Felix while Raphael Varane, Kostas Manolas, Tanguy Ndombele, Isco and Federico Chiesa are also wanted. (Corriere dello Sport)

AC Milan boss Gennaro Gattuso is on Newcastle's managerial shortlist. The Magpies have drawn up a list of candidates to replace Rafa Benitez if the Spanish coach leaves the club this summer. (Gazzetta dello Sport)

Roma are prepared to let Steven Nzonzi leave the club. The French midfielder only joined the Serie A side last summer but could be sold for around £18m. Arsenal and Monaco hold an interest in the 30-year-old. (Gazzetta dello Sport)

France

Paul Pogba has told his Manchester United team-mates he wants to leave this summer and join Real Madrid. United are prepared to sanction the midfielder's departure if the Spanish club make a substantial offer. (L'Equipe)

Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas will meet with Laurent Blanc to discuss taking charge of the club this summer. Lyon's current manager, Bruno Genesio, will step down at the end of the season. (Le Progres)

Spain

Eintracht Frankfurt sporting director Fredi Bobic says Luka Jovic's departure is inevitable if Real Madrid make a move."My desire is for him to remain at Eintracht but I am realistic, if a club like Madrid comes in for him, we do not have a chance of keeping him." (Marca)

AC Milan have moved ahead of city rivals Inter Milan in the race to sign Brazilian Malcom from Barcelona this summer. The winger has struggled for regular game time since moving to the Nou Camp last summer and the Liga leaders are prepared to sell. (Mundo Deportivo)

Holland

Real Madrid are prepared to sell Martin Odegaard this summer and Ajax are considering a move for the Norwegian midfielder. Los Blancos have previously demanded £18m for the 20-year-old but are ready to lower their asking price. (De Telegraaf)

Portugal

Manchester City have joined the growing list of suitors for Sporting midfielder Bruno Fernandes. The Portugal international has struck 28 goals from midfield this season and is also a Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester United and Liverpool transfer target. (Correio da Manha)
