Harry Maguire says England head into Tuesday's last-16 World Cup clash with Colombia full of confidence and in buoyant mood.
Gareth Southgate's second string lost to Belgium in the last group game but confidence remains high in the squad, and Maguire is backing England to bounce back against Colombia in Moscow.
Speaking to England's official YouTube channel, he said: "We set out our stall out at the start of the tournament to get out of the group and now we have a big game against Colombia which we are looking forward to and one that we are full of confidence about.
"It's a big achievement to get out of the group and it was a big achievement to qualify for the World Cup, for the boys who played in qualifying it's a big achievement.
"We still feel like there is more to come from us and that's what we have to show against Colombia.
"The fans' reaction back home has been fantastic, that 's why we play football because we want to put a smile on people's faces. Thankfully in the first two games we managed to do that, and I want it to happen again.
"We know they have good players, but we will focus more on ourselves and I think if we perform to our best then they have got to worry about us as much as we will have to worry about them.
"It's a game we will go into full of confidence and we look towards ourselves rather than them."
