The parade will begin at Cardiff Castle at 4pm and end at the Cardiff City Stadium at 5.30pm, allowing Wales supporters to show their appreciation to manager Chris Coleman and his side.

Entertainment on stage at the Cardiff City Stadium will begin from 5.15pm - including music from Manic Street Preachers - while the players and staff presentation will begin at 6.45pm.
