The midfielder avoids a three-match ban for violent conduct

Birmingham City have successfully appealed against the red card shown to Maikel Kieftenbeld during Tuesday's game at Brentford.
An Independent Regulatory Commission upheld City's claim of a wrongful dismissal of Kieftenbeld, meaning his red card has been overturned and he will not serve a three-match ban.
Kieftenbeld was dismissed in the 65th minute of City's 1-1 draw at Griffin Park, after the fourth official brought the referee's attention to an off-the-ball incident involving the midfielder and Brentford striker Neal Maupay.
Referee Tim Robinson did not see the incident but was advised by the fourth official that the midfielder had pushed his hand in Maupay's face.
Speaking after the match, Garry Monk said: "We have to appeal it. You can't see something you know was the wrong decision and not appeal it."
Monk was also sent off from the sidelines after a touchline argument with the referee following the booking.
He has since been handed a one-match touchline ban and fined £2,000 by the FA for admitting to using abusive and/or insulting words, and will watch Saturday's game with Rotherham from the stands.
Speaking after the match, Monk said: "I thought the opposition player would be booked for feigning injury so to see a red card was a complete shock. It happened right in front of me and it was completely the wrong decision. After 23 years in football I know something when I see it."
