Mauricio Pochettino has made five changes as Tottenham return to the scene of their midweek European heroics. Paulo Gazzaniga replaces Hugo Lloris in goal, Juan Foyth, Davinson Sanchez and Ben Davies come into a five-man defence, while Eric Dier replaces the injured Moussa Sissoko.

Forgotten-man Vincent Janssen is restored to the Spurs bench - he last featured for Tottenham in a 2-1 home defeat against Chelsea back in August 2017.
