The Blues play their first league game since April 21 - the final game of Liam Rosenior's tenure - looking to end a run of five defeats in succession and climb back into European contention as a result.
Depending on the results on Saturday and Sunday, in the best-case scenario for the west London club, a win could be enough to see them move up back up to sixth.

Calum McFarlane is the man in charge in the interim, and started his second spell in charge this season with victory in last weekend's FA Cup semi-final against Leeds at Wembley.
Meanwhile, Forest have boosted their survival hopes greatly over the last two months. Vitor Pereira's side are unbeaten since March 4 in the Premier League, having won three and drawn three of their last six games.

Reece James and Levi Colwill could return to Chelsea's squad for Monday's meeting with Nottingham Forest, interim head coach Calum McFarlane has revealed.
Colwill has not played this season after suffering an anterior cruciate ligament injury on the first day of pre-season training, while James has been out since the middle of March with a hamstring problem, but both are now back in full training.
Nottingham Forest will check on Murillo (hamstring), Dan Ndoye (knock), Jair Cunha (shoulder) and Ibrahim Sangare (undisclosed) ahead of kick-off, but Callum Hudson-Odoi (thigh) is definitely out.
