Leeds United and Everton have agreed a deal for right-back Sam Byram to move to Goodison Park, according to Sky sources.
The 22-year-old is now discussing personal terms with the Premier League club and will need to pass a medical before a transfer can be completed.
Leeds manager Steve Evans revealed on Saturday that Byram, who is out of contract at Elland Road at the end of the season, had been given permission to speak to Everton by Leeds president Massimo Cellino.
Byram, who has also attracted interest from West Ham and Newcastle according to The Guardian, was omitted from the Leeds team to face Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough on Saturday following Everton's approach, which was confirmed by boss Roberto Martinez on Friday.
Byram came through Leeds United's academy and has made over 140 appearances for the club in four seasons after making his debut in 2012.
