Everton, Southampton and West Bromwich Albion are interested in signing Nigerian striker Henry Onyekuru from KAS Eupen, Sky sources understand.

Onyekuru, 19, became the top scorer in Belgium when he scored his 22nd goal of the season on Wednesday night.

The forward's representatives have already told Sky Sports News HQ he wants to play in England and talks with two unnamed clubs were understood to be progressing well earlier this week.

Sources close to the player now say they are confident the forward will be playing in the Premier League next season.

Onyekuru, who has a £6.8m release clause in his contract, has already turned down moves to Belgian giants Brugge and Anderlecht.
