Hazard wins Power Rankings, ahead of Mohamed Salah, Raheem Sterling, Sadio Mane, Sergio Aguero, and Virgil van Dijk

Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has won the Sky Sports Power Rankings for 2018/19 - but which players made the top 50, and who's your club's top player?

Hazard joins former winners Riyad Mahrez, Alexis Sanchez, and Mohamed Salah in the hall of fame, in what could be his last season in England - having been linked with a summer move to Real Madrid.

The Belgian narrowly prevented Salah from winning the award for a second season running, boosted by his 16 goals and league-topping 15 assists.

Raheem Sterling scored 17 league goals and notched 10 assists to claim third spot in the chart, having won the PFA Young Player of the Year and FWA awards earlier this season in recognition of his stellar campaign.

Sadio Mane (No 4) scored twice on the final day, extending his league tally to 22 goals to share the Golden Boot with team-mate Salah and Arsenal's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (No 15).

Other players to finish among the top 10 include Sergio Aguero, Virgil van Dijk, Paul Pogba, Felipe Anderson, Gylfi Sigurdsson, and Lucas Digne.
