Tottenham have reintroduced Juan Foyth to their Champions League squad for the knockout stages – but striker Vincent Janssen has missed out.
Young centre-back Foyth was not included in the group-stage squad because Spurs had too many non-locally trained players - something that boss Mauricio Pochettino labelled "a mistake".
But after the club sold Mousa Dembele to China in the January transfer window, Argentina international Foyth has been able to take his place as the 17th foreign player.
That means Dutchman Janssen, however, will not be available for selection against Borussia Dortmund in the last 16, despite Pochettino returning him to his Premier League plans after a failed exit in January.
Champions League clubs are limited to 17 non-locally trained players in a squad of 25. Eligible youngsters are registered on a 'B List'.
