Skipper Chris Brunt feels West Brom’s team spirit is back after their 4-0 demolition of Burnley on Sunday.
The Baggies cruised to victory at The Hawthorns to record their third successive win in all competitions.
Albion's camp was split last season as they struggled in the Barclays Premier League - beating the drop by just three points - with divisions in the dressing room.
But after 12 players left in the summer and 11 arrived, along with new head coach Alan Irvine, Brunt believes the spirit has returned.
"The manager has got us organised and playing the right way. The lads are working hard for each other. We have a big squad of players and each one of those is itching to get on the pitch," he told Sky Sports.
"That's a big thing for us in the Premier League and that's why we have been so solid. Even the games we have lost, we have stuck behind each other and we got the rewards this week. It's up to us to keep this going."
Saido Berahino scored twice and Craig Dawson and Graham Dorrans both netted to seal a comfortable win for the Baggies.
It followed their 1-0 win at Tottenham and Wednesday's 3-2 Capital One Cup victory over Hull.
"It's been a good week - three wins in a week is very good," said Brunt.
"Back-to-back wins in the Premier League are very important. We had a great win last week at Spurs, which was probably a bit unexpected.
"We try our best. I think it's fine margins in this league. We looked dangerous (against Burnley).
"If you slack off for one second you get punished. The fans paid their money and have their right to opinions, but we know as a group of players and coaching staff how hard we work every day.
"I think we have good self-belief and confidence in the squad to go and win games."
