Celtic have signed forward Vakoun Issouf Bayo from Slovakian side Dunajska Streda on a four-year deal, subject to a medical and work permit.
The Scottish champions had a bid for Bayo rejected last week but have now completed the signing of the 21-year-old, who has been capped twice by the Ivory Coast.
Alongside fellow new arrival Weah, he will give Celtic extra depth in attack, Leigh Griffiths having decided to take time away from the game.
Transfer Talk: Is Suarez Arsenal's answer?
The panel discuss how Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez could fit in at Arsenal and what role head coach Unai Emery will play in their attempts to sign him.
Reporting the Bayo signing, the Celtic website said: "The highly-rated striker has been in exceptional form since moving to Slovakia, scoring 18 goals in 23 games this season, as well as seven assists, helping his team into second place in the top division.
"Now, Vakoun will be targeting goals in the green and white Hoops. Everyone at the club welcomes him to Celtic and wishes him every success here."
Bayo joined Streda in March last year, having previously spent two years playing in Tunisia.
He has been in demand due to his form in Slovakia, and Parma and Rapid Vienna have been linked with the forward, before Celtic announced they had won the race to sign him.
