England have come roaring back into contention at Euro 2025 and reached the final in dramatic style on Tuesday.
Sarina Wiegman's defending champions began in Group D alongside France, Wales and the Netherlands.
After a disappointing opening defeat to France, the Lionesses sprang into life against the Netherlands with a 4-0 thrashing.
They then secured their knockout place with a 6-1 mauling of British neighbours Wales, finishing second behind France.
They reached the semi-finals the hard way, having to come from 2-0 down to beat Sweden on penalties - and it was no easier in the last four against Italy as the Lionesses sealed their final spot with a 2-1 win after extra time.
