Plymouth will be without midfielder Graham Carey for the game against Fleetwood as he serves a one-match suspension.
Seven players will be missing for Plymouth as Antoni Sarcevic has joined a lengthy injury list after his dead leg against Luton, with Jamie Ness also a doubt for the match.
The long-term injured are Joe Riley, Gary Sawyer and Scot Wootton who remain unavailable, and have not played since September. Ryan Edwards and Conor Grant are also unavailable, the former with a chest infection and the latter a calf injury.
Conor McAleny could be pushing for a place in Fleetwood's starting line-up after coming off the bench against Walsall. The forward injured a hamstring in September against Accrington but came off the bench in the 66th minute in the previous league match.
Ched Evans could also feature after he was an unused substitute against Walsall following an ankle injury. Fleetwood have a fully fit squad, but have three players, Ashley Eastham, Lewie Coyle and Paddy Madden, on four yellow cards each and will be keen to avoid a suspension.
Plymouth have lost their last two home league games against Fleetwood.
Fleetwood have alternated between winning and not winning in their six league games against Plymouth (WLWLWD).
Plymouth have won just two of their last nine home league games (D2 L5), having won seven of their previous eight League One matches at Home Park (D1).
Fleetwood have lost each of their last three away league games without scoring - the Fishermen last went on a longer losing streak away from home in the Football League in October 2015 (run of five).
Freddie Ladapo has scored 37% of Plymouth's league goals this season (7/19).
