Portugal in as replacements for Russia

Russia had qualified for the tournament but FIFA and UEFA have since suspended Russia's national and club teams from all competitions until further notice.

On May 2, UEFA confirmed that Portugal, the team they had beaten in a play-off, would replace Russia in Group C.
